Magnetic geometric shapes

Use our magnetic foam geometric shapes to sort colours, identify shapes and see which fit together to make other shapes or patterns. Good for developing early reasoning and numeracy.

Each pack of 10 has:

1 Yellow hexagon
1 Orange square
2 Green triangles
2 Blue diamonds
2 white diamonds
2 Red trapeziums (half a hexagon)

Ideal for sorting, matching and shape recognition. Try identifying the shapes and talking about everyday objects that have the same shape. Do some shapes have sides that are the same length? See how two green triangles make a diamond, how a blue diamond and a green triangle make a trapezium and how two trapeziums fit onto a hexagon.

Buy more than one pack and start a simple pattern for children to make the next step. Ask them to help design a more complex pattern.
