Threading shoe

These robust wooden shoe shapes are great for teaching threading and lacing. They are specially designed to encourage the fine motor skills, dexterity and patience needed for learning to tie shoe laces.  The eyelets stay still as well, so are easier to thread than a real shoe.

They are approx 15cm long by  9cm high and provide a stable base for children to use both hands to get the lace through the holes

Really useful for practising tying a knot and a bow as well as threading the laces through the eyelets.
